While most appointments are conducted through secure telehealth, in-person visits are available when clinically appropriate. Learn more about our Hackensack office and the areas we serve, including nearby Bergen County towns.
If you are travelling to the office for a visit, allow a little extra time to find Office 226 on the second floor.
What happens before your first visit?
After you book, you’ll receive confirmation and secure intake forms. Completing them early gives your provider a head start on your history and leaves more of the appointment for conversation.
It also helps to gather your insurance card, a list of current medications and doses, and any past records you would like to share.
Who can book an appointment?
Adults can book for themselves. A parent or guardian books for a child or teen, since care for minors is provided with parental or guardian consent.
If you are not sure whether our practice is the right fit, call (201) 616-1371 and we can talk it through before you schedule anything.

Frequently asked questions
What’s the best way to book a first appointment?
Booking online through Headway is usually quickest, because you can see the times that are available. You can also call (201) 616-1371. After booking, you’ll receive confirmation and secure intake forms to complete before your visit.
Can I contact the office between appointments?
Yes. For non-urgent questions, call the office or send a patient message. Refill requests are processed during business hours. If your concern is urgent or you are in crisis, call 911 or call or text 988 rather than waiting for a reply.
What should I have ready when I call?
It helps to have your insurance card, a general sense of what you’d like help with, and your availability. You don’t need to share detailed medical information over the phone to schedule. Your provider reviews your history during the evaluation.
Can I email health information?
Please don’t share sensitive medical details through regular email or website forms. Patient health information is handled through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems such as Headway or our electronic health record platform. Ask the office how to share records safely.
Do I need to come to the Hackensack office?
Not usually. Most appointments take place through secure telehealth anywhere in New Jersey. In-person visits at 411 Hackensack Ave. are available when clinically appropriate, and some treatment plans may require occasional in-person visits under New Jersey regulations.
