Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We’ll review your concerns, history, current symptoms, and goals, then discuss a clear plan (which may include therapy strategies, lifestyle changes, and/or medication when appropriate).

Both. We offer medication management when it’s helpful and supportive, skills-based counseling to strengthen day-to-day coping.

Yes. We evaluate ADHD in adolescents and adults and provide treatment plans that may include behavioral strategies and, when appropriate, medication with close monitoring.

When clinically appropriate and legally permitted, controlled medications may be prescribed with careful monitoring, verification of records, and regular follow-ups.

We accept Aetna, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, UnitedHealthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health.
